Southside Family Practice has two sites to serve the Kent Country area, our original location is in Dover and a satellite office in Smyrna. To find contact information and operating hours for the two offices please view the locations tab.

        We hope this site will offer our new and existing patients easier access to documents and needed medical information. For all patients coming to the office please bring insurance cards, photo ID, and your co-pay if necessary. We have added patient forms and packets, located under patient resources, for you to complete if needed prior to your next appointment.
